I have attached a link below for a free course that I created a number of years back. It is the same process that I have done each year for almost the last two decades. In December or early January, I love to take the time to reflect on the last year.

Every year we change and so does life. We move forward in life no matter what, because as Seal says (the singer), “Time just keeps ticking, ticking into the future.” Learning and growing when life is feeling really good or has some real challenges takes living with intention. I created this course to support you if you are someone who would like support to grow intentionally. Versus just letting time keep us moving forward. There are always opportunities to let things (people, habits, beliefs) and create something new (new relationships, opportunities, habits). Sometimes our learnings come through joyful surprises and sometimes growth happens through making mistakes and then healing through challenges.

This course includes reflection looking back and visioning looking forward. You will have a chance to practice a ritual of letting things go. I love to use fire to symbolize a death of the things (habits, patterns, and challenges) that I don’t want to bring into the next year. The course will give you time not just to create “goals” but get in touch with who you really are and what you truly desire to have in your life. The video class is complete on its own. But.. You can make it your own by: creating a vision board as a visual of your intentions, do a meditation to connect with the energy of the year, write a letter to your future self congratulating you for all you fulfilled, healed, and learned. OR you could do a 2023 reading for yourself. You know how much I love Tarot and Oracle cards.

If you would like to try a new process for completing? Want an opportunity to let some things go? Perhaps want to try something new to intentionally create your next year? This class is likely for you.

Before you take the class, a couple things to know –

  1. You need a few items: Paper to write with, paper to light on fire, a lighter (or matches), and a fireproof container.
  2. A space where you won’t set off the fire alarm.
  3. A distraction free amount of time. The course takes about 20-30 minutes (that includes pauses between sections).

If you take the course and find it helpful, please let me know. Also feel free to comment on YouTube and share it with anyone you think would benefit from it. Last year when I shared the link, a client had a party where she did the course together with 5 friends. How cool is that!?
