What Resources Source Your Growth?
On this path of personal growth there are a lot of resources. Classes, streaming information on a bunch of different platforms, therapists, coaches, healers, podcasts, and my personal favorite – books. The most important question to ask yourself is how you are best resourced. All of us learn a bit differently. Books for me spark new thinking and often encourage me to review my beliefs, feelings, and habits.
Below is a list of my 20 most impactful and important books over years on my journey. There are quite a variety of genres and beliefs present. If you are curious what I got from reading one of these books, just email me and we can chat. If I offer a link for the book, it is because a trusted friend wrote the book and I like supporting authors I love.
